HERBS OF GOLD Mind Ease 60 Tabs

Mind Ease is a formula developed by Herbs of Gold, free of artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, which has been developed with the intention of aiding in the relief of symptoms of mild anxiety and stress.

It is estimated that some 2 million Australians suffer from anxiety in any one year, but that number may be higher, with 17% of Australians between 16 and 85 saying they have experienced an anxiety disorder in the last 12 months, amounting to over 3 million people.

Anxiety is a debilitating disorder that, even in mild forms, can have a knock in effect not only on your general wellbeing, but also on your lifestyle and, in some cases, your physical health.

Anxiety is becoming less taboo, with many more people feeling comfortable to talk about their issues with anxiety in recent years, which can only be a good thing, and Herbs of Gold have developed this formula to try and get the above number down, and help those who are suffering from the symptoms of anxiety, whether they feel comfortable talking about it or not.

This product has been developed for the symptomatic relief of stress disorder and may help to reduce the effects of mild anxiety and nervous tension.

Many of us will experience anxiety in our lifetime, and it is important to maintain a healthy dietary intake and regular exercise, at all times, but especially during times of anxiety, nervous tension, and stress. This formula aims to aid those lifestyle factors in the reduction of symptoms of anxiety.
